An indicator based on high low of the candle

I need an indicator which have to show horizontal lines based on high and low price of the candle.

The lines should be :

Sell entry 1

Sell entry 2

TP 1 sell

TP 2 sell

SL sell

Buy entry 1

Buy entry 2

TP 1 buy

TP 2 buy

SL buy

All the above comes with an calculation of numbers which i'll give to the programmer later after pick the job.
