New EA on MT4 using Renko Bars

I am interested to establish a long relationship (for creating and EA and future updates) with an experienced developer in Renko Bars.

I need an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader4.
My strategy uses Mean Renko Bars (I purchased the ex4 version of this indicator from here (https://ovo.cz/products/offline-charts-for-mt4/mean-renko-bars/). This indicator is only for preparing the chart, there are other relatively similar indicator with open source too (I can provide at least one if necessary).
The EA should read a Renko Bar indicator properly and bring orders as quickly as possible without long delays in the market.
The EA should be able to work on different financial products (forex, gold, oil, indices).

The entry setup is based on several indicators (I can provide source code for each of them). Also, the setup should respect a few specific rules that I will describe in “Requirements Specification”.
The Money Management should be split in two variants. First should allow EA to close the trade in steps (for ex 100% TP1 at x pips /  or 50% TP1 at y pips, move SL cu BE for the rest and set 25% TP2 at z pips and 25% TP3 at m pips. Max 3 partial TPs), SL should be fix and will depend on an indicator or previous swing high. Second version should allow martingale, to increase the lot size by a coefficient set by me after each loss.

I also will need to see with the help of the EA, after I will place it on the chart in live trading all the indicators set by me. So, there should be a graphic representation of my strategy exactly as I already see it now when I am trading manually. I ask this so I would be able to check and test the EA. Also, I will need that some of the parameters set in the strategy (I will specify them also in “Requirements Specification”) to be displayed on the chart (for example, to see if there are 4 rules to enter into a new trade and 3 of them are already respected and the EA is waiting for the 4^th, to be able to see this on the chart).

EA should be created in that way that, if I want, I will be able to optimize it using MT4 platform (I refer here on the global parameters of course).

I need in the end the source code of the EA, of course. The code should be written clear and with full comments (for each significant segment or function there should be a comment inserted in the code where you should describe what you intend to do).
