Two MT4 hedging

im looking for a developer who can connect two mt4. the ea will open hedge order on second mt4 if criteria is meet on first mt4. we will call the first mt4 as master and second mt4 as hedge mt4.

i need an ea that will place hidden stop loss on master mt4 order and will trail hedge my position. the way it works is that when my position starts profiting the ea will follow the trade and apply a hidden trailing buy/sell stop order on hedge mt4 account.
for example
i have open order for  buy EURUSD 1.2345 on master mt4
the market moves in my favor, the price now is 1.2645, 30pips profit
now, the ea will place a hidden trailing sell stop order 10 pips from current price 1.2545 on hedge mt4
if the price moves higher, the ea will trail the order with 10 pips price difference (adjustable)
if the price moves lower and the hidden trail order is triggered, the ea will open a sell order on hedge mt4
in this case we will have one buy order order on master mt4 and one sell order on hedge mt4

additional rules
the ea will not trail if the position is on losing side
the ea will initially place hidden stop loss on master mt4 order and deleted once the ea starts trailing
in case the original order is close by profit or manually, the other order will also be closed
i should have an option on which trade to follow, either magic number or comment, because i also have other eas running that i dont need to be hedge
the ea should be able to manage multiple orders on same pair with same magic number or comment
the ea should work on any pair

the input parameter includes
lot  -   the size to open
stop loss - hidden initial stop loss place on master mt4 order in case the order is not profiting,stop loss will be deleted once the order is trailing
magic numer/comment  -  whinch trade to follow. the ea will only follow with specific magic number or comment
pips in profit  - pips in which the ea will start following the trade. ea will start trailing the order only if the trade is in profit
trailing pips  -  the distance from current price which the ea will start trailing. ea will have a hidden buy/sell stop order which also trail the order
