Looking for an EA that allows me to Scale out of Positions.

This is my first post so hopefully what I am asking makes sense.

I am looking for an EA That will allow me to manually enter a trade with a Stop Loss and Multiple Targets. After the trade is entered the EA will manage the trade and will remove parts of the position at the different Targets. When entering a trade A Pop-up can ask for the Stop, Entry, and various targets. I would like the Stop to be an order or a stop order entered beyond the EA stop as a fail-safe
