Moving Average EA

Need 3 EAs. It is one strategy but with small variations that is why it is 3, nothing complicated. 5 MA is simple moving average, 144 MA is weighted moving average. I need the EAs to have two options. EA should work on all currency, indices i.e SPX500 etc and commodities i.e. XAUSD etc. I have attached pngs, please take a look.

EA (A):

1. First option: BUY when 5 MA crosses above 144 MA, SELL when 5 MA crosses below 144 MA (do not wait for close of candle) and close the trade when 5 MA crosses in opposite direction (no TP or SL)
2. Second option: Have TP and SL parameter for close of trade

EA (B):

1. First option: BUY when candle price crosses above 144 MA, SELL when candle price crosses below 144 MA (do not wait for close of candle) and close the trade when candle price crosses in opposite direction (no TP or SL)
2. Second option: Have TP and SL parameter for close of trade

EA (C):

1. First option: BUY when candle price closes above 144 MA, SELL when candle price closes below 144 MA (wait for close of candle) and close the trade when candle price closes in opposite direction (no TP or SL)
2. Second option: Have TP and SL parameter for close of trade

IMPORTANT: This strategy is based on very fast execution so please, I only want developer that can code the EA with no lag.

Also SL and TP entry should not interrupt order execution because some brokers will have a too many requests error. Also please use the 5-digit system forex, do not use any other fancy digit system for determining the price!
