Create Offline charts for cryptocurrencies from API

Hi,


I want to be able to charts from data found at cryptocurrency exchanges Binance and Bittrex. See link below for the API's. 

These charts will need to be live and update every 10 seconds or so. I will be need about 10 - 15 different pairs running at a time.
