Pending orders

I need an mq4 ea which should be able to place pending (stop ,limit) order with sl and tp at a specified price and as soon as the order is hit ( opened)and moves back ( for stop orders) or forth (for limit orders) specified pips ,it should place again the pending order at the same price at which the order was hit .EA should be able to be placed on any chart with separate magic number .
