Balance management EA with global trailing

Hello, 

I need an EA which is placed on a chart and is able to close all trades on the account if the current EQUITY of the account reaches a certain value or a percentage (as an input parameter) of the account balance registered when the EA is started. It has to manage both virtual take profit and stop loss for the whole account. For take profit, it can manage trailing with values specified in amount in the same currency of the account or in %. When condition is met (trailing, TP or Loss) all orders of the account are closed and new orders from other Das must not be possible.

Every time all trades are closed by the EA with profits it needs:

- to send a MT4 notification with date, time and profit amount (or loss)

- to allow again new trades from another EA and register new starting balance and equity (but not in case of loss). Ideally by stop/restarting this EA to reset it. I don't know if it is possible.

So there will be a normal equity 'Take Profit' level, as well as an equity trailing stop as well as an equity stop loss. The EA will use whichever TP is greater.

Experience in coding similar trade management EAs based on account equity is needed
