Modify existing EA for scalping

There already exists a simple scalping EA, which I need modified. Things to add in this EA are:

1. Trailing stop : User should be able to input trailing stop values.

2. The number of orders open at a time : User should be able to input the number of orders open e.g. in case the scalping EA opens a buy and price suddenly starts to drop, the EA should be able to independently open a short position too and vice versa.

3. In case EURUSD   bid and ask values are as follows 1.17341 and 1.17354, the user should be able to define the distance from these values the pending order should be. For example if the user inputs 100, the pending buy order would be at 1.17454 and sell order would be at 1.17241 and from there keeps on adjusting itself on every tick and work as a scalper for fast moving price action.

4. The EA to work based only on fast moving markets and open a position if the EA was not able to adjust the pending order in time.
