Merge Indicator and Trading Robot into Trading Robot with a good strategy for loss prevention

I have an indicator and a trading robot that places trades based on this indicator.

I am looking to hire someone who can merge the code into a trading robot.

Currently my indicator sets global variables and the robot reads and uses these. I would like a cleaner solution.

The robot currently can also do hedging. But this is switched off by default. The reason is if I do hedging and there is a high impact news item, that can cause one side of the hedged trade to cause a massive draw down.

I am looking for a strategy such as instead of opening actual trades, placing buy limit / sell limit orders with expiry around time of news. And when one order is created, to delete other pending order. And then to create additional orders in the correct direction.

So two parts - merge indicator + robot into a robot.

And second part - implement effective strategy to prevent losses.

If the budget allows, I would also like the developer to look at the trade entry criteria and only create trades that aren't too close to resistance (buy) or support (sell).
