Script to list all Instruments matching a given criteria

Hi

Require a script which lists out all instruments on my account feed (Depending on the broker my accounts will have either only Forex and commodities, or Forex, Commodities and Indices) fitting the following criteria

- Current bar in Timeframe [X] IS above EMA [Period Y] and Current bar in Timeframe [X] has crossed above EMA [Period Y]  

- Current bar in Timeframe [X] IS below EMA [Period Y] and Current bar in Timeframe [X] has crossed below EMA [Period Y]  

I would use an EA, but this would mean loading EA's onto roughly 60 charts, I'd rather simply have a script which gives me a list of instruments matching the criteria. Let me know if you have a different take
