Need a Tool (Traffic light ) with three indicators

I need a TOOL which is based on 3 indicators, SMA or EMA , RSI and TSI. Lotsize ( % of equity), SL T/S, T/P and Breakeven must be tunable.

For example: The  Button is green, with a BUY when

a) the candle closed  crossing above a SMA or EMA ( period must be tunable) and

b) the RSI and the TSI is above a tunable value.

c) There a two RSI in different periods and the faster must be crossing above the slower RSI and over a turnable value.

Short trade in opposite direction with SHORT and in RED.

The Button is yellow and CLOSE  when

a) the candle is crossing below a SMA/EMA

b) or when the RSI and  is under a exact level.

c) TSI is under a exact level.
