MQL4 Indicateurs Forex Trading robot/indicator debugging

I need an indicator based on two different stochastic setting with an RSI in the same indicator window. One stochastic setting is short term while the other stochastic setting is long term.

Generate trading alert for email, phone, and desktop alert, when it's true that the short term Stochastic crosses the RSI, when the long term stochastic is either above/below 50

Also generate long term trading alert when the long term stochastic crosses the RSI.

All input parameters should be variable so it can be adjusted for different instrument.

Also enable/disable arrow signal on price chart.
