Buy/Sell Stop Order placement EA

I am not a coder, and I have what seems to me should be a simple idea for an EA, but I can't find the equivalent anywhere.

The idea is to place Sell Stop Orders as the price moves up, and Buy Stop Orders as the price moves down.

Here's my example:

price is at 123.4

price moves to 123.5, EA places Sell Stop Order at 123.4

price moves to 123.6, EA places Sell Stop Order at 123.5

etc

That's it!

I'd like to be able to specify lot amount, pip distance between orders, and whether the EA places only Buy, only Sell, or both Buy and Sell (on a hedging account)

With regards to slippage, it would be nice if the EA could fill the gap on missed orders, but this isn't critical.

It seems like a simple EA, but I have searched for a long time and can't find anything that does this.
