Gator oscillator alert or notification

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to set an alert when the + value of the gator oscillator is reached. This should be applicable to all time frames , all currency market

 so for example In the attached, the gator value is 0.000097 in the 1 hr time frame.I would like an alert when the value reaches for 0.000120 for example.
