Three-Line Strike finder

I'm looking for MT4 or MT5 code to find Bulkowski's Bullish/Bearish Three-Line Strike reversal patterns. It should use RSI filter where the pattern should happen above/below certain level for higher probability.

Example Upward Configuration of Four Candles: Look for three white candles each with a higher close. A tall black candle should open higher, but close below the open of the first candle.

The code can be either Indicator (which can draw arrows on signal) or EA.
