Pinbar formation finder

I'm looking for code (Indicator or EA) to identify pin-bar patterns with the following features:

- use RSI filter in order to properly identify potential trend reversals (RSI Period and Up/Down param levels in order to be a valid signal)

- param for setting percentage of the body of the candle (e.g. 10% means that the body of the candle can only be a maximum of 1/10 of the entire candle (smaller number, more dramatic the pinbar must be)

You can either draw the arrows, show it on RSI oscillator or display the alert.

The code can be either for MT4 or MT5.
