Script needed for mt4 platform

Ive got 1 EA and a indicator..

The EA a ex4 file so I cant build the features into the EA.

The EA opens the orders and the indicator I use as a trend indicator, telling me either just to open buys or sells pending on the state of the indicator  

If the indicator is blue it means BUY and if its red SELL only 

I want a script that checks the indicator in which state it is BUY or SELL and only allows Buy or Sell orders on the mt4 platform

If the indicator states is buy only and the EA opens a sell it must be deleted(remove) by the script.

I also want a option in the ea parameters (True/false) which allows me the cancel orders if the indicator state switches from buy to sell or visa versa...
