Spécifications

Требуется индикатор для МТ5 с 3-мя скользящими средними. Одна стандартная МА,
 две другие расcчитываются на основе МА дополнительных валютных пар.
 Подробное описание в техзадании.
 Код индикатора не должен содержать библиотек и/или включений с недоступным
 исходным кодом; легко читаем; содержать комментарии.
