EA Robot needed for 5pt/5trade Binary Options Strategy

Programmer  needed to write simple EA Robot for
60 Sec Martingale Binary Option trading  strategy.

EA must be able to operate on both meta 4 and spot options platforms without detection and from virtual servers.
EA must be able to determine trader sentiment/popularity of at least 57/43 and enter trades in the direction of majority. (Or customer is able to modify EA configuration  to set trader popularity/sentiment, currency pairs and auto pilot trading from control panel). EA must be able to trade remotely at scheduled times and time zones.  Customer must be able to demo finished EA robot  prior to final payment.

EA robot must be able to sync times zones and enter new positions after it determines if current
trade is a winner or lose and as near to expiry time as possible.

Trade up to 2 currency pairs at the same time, applying this rules.

Strategy consist of trading a maximum of 5 trades in same direction as the majority of trader sentiment/popularity. The level of investment range from $5,$10,25,100,$250.00

If the initial position/trade is a winner, the robot’s level of investment remains $5.00 for the next trade. If the current position is a loss, the robot increases the next trade to the next investment level.  Example:
$5.00/win, $5.00/win, $5.00/loss, next trade $10.00/win, next $5.00.

Ties are considered a loss, so the amount of investment level would increase to the next level.

Robot must be able to determine direction of trader sentiment/popularity.

Robot must be able to execute/open new positions
exactly at the expiration of previous positions.
