Boilinger Band, Stochastic Expert Advisor

Hello, 

•  I am looking for someone who can create an expert advisor for me. A system that combines Boilinger Band, Stochastic and candlestick.
• The system should be covert on a 15 min chart.
• The currency pairs that are most suitable for the are:

• AUDJPY
• AUDUSD
• EURGBP
• EURJPY
• EURUSD
• NZDUSD

SELL 

• First a candlestick should close outside the upper band 
• At the same time the stochastics are above 80 overbought level .
• Then a postion can be opened after the first closed red candlestick. 
• Stoploss 10 pips
• Profittarget 10-12 pips 

Buy 

• First a candle should be closed outside the lower band  
• At the same time the stochastics are below 20 oversold level.
• Then a postion can be opened after the first closed red candlestick
•  Stoploss 10 pips
• Profittarget 10-12 pips
