Place a reversal order once order is closed

Very simple, I would like to place a reverse order once an order is closed at X profit for a specific pair within Y seconds.

Assume a sell order of XAUUSD with 1 lot is closed at 1350 with profit 150 at 7:00:00(Server time)

Within 5 Seconds after the closed trade.

Scenario 1: If the current price < closed order price, do not place order.

Scenario 2: If the current price > closed order price, place buy order which is 60% of 1 lot, so 0.6. (Stop loss = 60% of the 150 points of the previous closed trade, so 90 points)

Parameters: 

Pair: XAUUSD 

Time(seconds): 5 

Closed profit points to trigger the reverse trade: 150

Trailing stop(points): 45

Trailing step(points): 5

Percentage of lot size(%): 60
