3 automatic exits needed for Metatrader4

Hello,

I enter trades manually in MT4 FXCM and "all-in" (no scale in entries). Exits as you will see are scale-out.

All time frames possible.

Please take a look at the attached picture that explains the details of 3 auto-exit strategies. If you have any questions please let me know. (ATR stands for Average True Range (14) indicator's last value).

I need this for forex, FXCM broker product pricing (5th decimal...), MT4 platform.

What is the price for all 3 exit strategies and time of delivery, please?
