Enabling Sound Pop up,Emails Alert and Push Alert For The Ichimoku Kinko Hyo kumo clound,Senkou Span A and Senkou Span B Breakout

Hello, i need a good and skillful programmer who can enable Sound pop up alert, Email Alert and Push for Ichimoku Kinko Hyo kumo clound,Senkou Span A and Senkou Span B Breakout from the listed 3 component at the market close price outside the 3 region ( Kumo clound and Senkou Span A & B) and the programmer should have the ability to enable other viable factors which will enable it to work fine . Breaking out candle should mark the breakout candle with vertical line as well as closing price rate must be outside the area of the 3 indicated area (Kumo, Senkou Span A and B) before the alert function will be triggered.

Note that i do not have the mql file but the image example is being attached with the area indicating this project focus. of Kumo, Span A and B.
