Fibonacci Trading system with License Manageent

Good day,

I need a autodraw fibonacci indicator as follows :

Auto draw fibonacci levels (number of bars to be an adjustable parameter)

Levels :

 0 - Green Line - "Take Profit Level" 

23.6 - White Line "Entry Level"

38.2 - Orange Line "Recovery Level"

50.0 - Red Line "Stop Loss Level"

Information Window - Top Right of Chart

SAFX Trading System - Connected / Disconnected

Current Phase - Searching / Trade Active / Recovery  

Suggested Lot Size - (0.5% of account balance : distance between entry & sl) 

Entry Level : ( 23.6 Level)

TP Level : ( 0 Level in Searching and Trade Active Phase 23.6 Level in Recovery Phase ) 

System

The Fibonacci will autodraw as the market moves. This is searching phase.

When 23.6 is hit we move to Trade active phase and arrow appears where it was hit (pointing towards 0 level). (23.6 should only trigger once)

When 38.2 is hit we move to recovery phaseand arrow appears where it was hit (pointing towards 0 level) , 0 level is not shown and 23.6 line becomes Green Take Profit Line. (should only trigger once).

When 50.0 is hit all lines dissapear and wait for 0 level to change before showing the lines again. 

I need a license management system to activate / deactivate clients once they have purchased. I would prefer if I could host this system on my own server.
