Script to use a hotkey to switch between full sized 'indicator window' and minimum sized 'indicator window' and also inbetween the two states. Instantly.

I would like to use a script to switch between the states in the images shown using hotkeys. In the first image the indicator window is maximized. In the second window the main chart is maximised. In the third image they are an equal distance apart. The script should also work when the chart is tiled in a group of charts as well as when the chart is maximized in fullscreen. This could well be three seperate scripts i could apply different hotkeys to if it is easier that way. Or one script could switch between the max/min states and one script to do the half and half states. Thanks.
