Fix my SSA alert

I have a SSA indicator that alerts overbought/oversold

the problem: (check image below) 

the overbought/oversold line keeps moving out of place, so it gives me alert always because the line keeps moving around

Wht I want:

I want the overbought/oversold line to stick, and not move around to give me the actual alert and keep it's adjustable parameter.

the alert includes adjustable parameter where I want the line for the indicator to give me the alert.

I'll give the mql code so you can see for yourself: when you put it around 5 pairs or more it will just randomly alert and the line keeps moving out of place.

I just want something that sticks, just an alert with adjustable line/parameter something simple. 

possible solution, check image below, maybe you have a better solution, but is it possible to use the line from another indicator(stochastic)

use the line to view and alert overbought and oversold to receive alert as it reaches the line? to make it more static and not move around?
