MQL5 Experts Trading robot/indicator debugging

Spécifications

Develop the EA according to my provided trading strategy and rules.
The EA must open and close trades automatically according to the specified conditions.
Include configurable Stop Loss, Take Profit, lot size and risk-management settings.
Include an option for fixed lot size or percentage-based risk.
Include Magic Number and trade-comment settings.
The EA must work correctly on the requested MT4/MT5 platform and compile without errors or warnings.
All important settings should be available in the EA input parameters.
The EA should handle broker digits, spreads and different symbol specifications correctly.
Provide the complete editable source code (.mq4 or .mq5), not only the compiled EX4/EX5 file.
Test the EA in Strategy Tester and fix any errors found.
Provide installation instructions and explain how to configure the EA.
The final EA must follow the supplied strategy exactly
