Looking for an experienced MQL5 developer with real trading experience – professional-grade prop firm strategy

I am looking for a serious and experienced MQL5 developer who also has practical trading experience, not only programming skills.

The goal is to develop a professional-grade Expert Advisor / semi-automated trading system suitable for prop firm trading, with a strong focus on:

This is not a simple indicator-to-EA conversion. I am looking for someone who understands real trading logic, market structure, risk management, and preferably has experience with tools/concepts such as:

📊 POC / VAH / VAL
📈 Opening Range Breakout concepts
📈 Futures / index trading logic
🛡️ Prop firm risk rules
⚙️ Trade filtering, session filters, volatility filters, and realistic backtesting

The system should be designed with professional standards, including:

✅ Clear input parameters
✅ Proper risk management
✅ Prop firm-friendly logic
✅ No martingale
✅ No grid
✅ No unrealistic high-frequency order spam
✅ Proper handling of spreads, slippage, stop levels, sessions, and broker limitations
✅ Detailed logging/debug information
✅ Backtest-friendly structure
✅ Possibility to improve or extend the system later

I am especially interested in developers who can think like traders and help convert a discretionary trading idea into clear, testable, rule-based logic.
