Description, I am looking for a developer to build a custom High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Expert Advisor based on pure tick-velocity and momentum spikes, completely avoiding grid or martingale systems. The EA must include:

  • A custom internal engine to read micro-spikes in price speed.

  • Zero-latency execution logic for fast scalping.

  • Dynamic tight exits based on momentum stalling.

  • Risk management inputs (Lot size, Max slippage). This is a specific architectural build based on a previous discussion
