I need a high-frequency Scalping Bot that reads Orderflow data from ATAS (C# / API) and executes trades on MetaTrader 5 (IC Markets - USTEC).

Core Strategy Logic (Symmetrical): The bot monitors Price Action relative to the Value Area (VAH/VAL) and Previous Day High/Low (PDH/PDL). ​Trigger: Price breaks PDH/PDL but fails to sustain (Rejection Wick/TPO Tail). ​Orderflow Filter: Execution requires a CVD reversal (Delta turn) and an Iceberg Order (min. 40 contracts) detected at the rejection level. ​Entry: Market Order (Buy/Sell) once price re-enters the Value Area (crosses VAH/VAL). ​Targets: 85% probability target at VPOC. Fixed 25 Tick SL. ​Infrastructure Requirements (Mandatory use of these Libraries): To ensure efficiency, the developer MUST use the following existing frameworks: ​MT5 Python Bridge: https://github.com/TheSnowGuru/PyTrader ​Orderflow Analysis: https://github.com/AndreaFerrante/orderflow ​ZeroMQ Transport: https://github.com/zeromq/netmq for ATAS-to-Python communication. ​Required Deliverables: ​Fully functional Python script / MT5 Expert Advisor. ​Low-latency execution (Microsecond failsafe). ​30-Day Validation Phase: Final payment will be released after a 30-day period of successful live-market testing. ​Budget & Timeline: My budget is $1,200 - $1,500.
