Floating bot

I need someone to build an easy bot for me. Whenever the candle closes outside a particular horizonal line I will put on my mt5 chart then immediately after the candle close there will be an instant execution trade after the close of the candle and the sl will be at the current last low or high below or above for buy or sell. I will have a place where I will input the amount to be risked by one pair. For instance in an account I will set 1000cent or 1$  for usdjpy and then set 2000cent for eurusd. Then I'll be watching the market on my own time, later on I will set a green horizonal line at a place, I expect any first candle that forms above the horizontal line and that doesn't touch the horizontal line I expect the bot to immediately execute a buy trade and calculate the lotsize itself with the price I set for that particular pair, then the bot will also put sl at the Lowest low/latest low that is there (for a buy trade). For sells I will set a black horizonal line and then it waits for a candle to form below the line..(the one that doesn't touch the line) It must wait for one that doesn't touch the line before entry is taken. Sl lotsize is calculated by the bot with the amount I set. The sl will be placed at the tip and wick above the lastest high there just like for buy entries.The bot works with horizontal line and those 2 colors for buy and sell(if you have another way to make it work without the colors it's fine) further details will be discussed later.
