Add functions/settings to existing EA

Add the following functions and settings to the existing EA:
Cooldown time after SL = 0/1
Cooldown time after SL minutes = 10
ATR-Filter („no entry if ATR > X“) = 0/1
ATR-Filter entry („no entry if ATR > X“) = 2
Pause for the day after x SLs = 0/1
Pause for the day after x SLs entry = 3
SL based on Points (existing) or ATR (period, Multiplier) or % of price = ATR
ATR period = 12
ATR Multiplier = 1.5
% of Price = 0.5
EMA trendfilter = 0/1
EMA period = 24
Stop EA daily profit = 0/1
Stop EA daily profit % = 4
Stop EA daily loss = 0/1
Stop EA daily loss % = 4

Backtest must work so fast as before, no complex functions.
