I need an experienced MQL5 developer to build a fully automated MT5 Expert Advisor based on the ABA V10.6 – TitanX-H Ultra Neural strategy. This EA includes advanced logic, AI-based filters, and strict risk management rules. Please read carefully:

Key Requirements:
1. Platform: MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Deliver both compiled .ex5 and full source .mq5 file.
2. Entry Logic:
   - Entries on 3M timeframe.
   - SMC structure and OB/FVG/EQ zones taken only from 4H timeframe.
   - 1H OB conflict validation.
   - Full HTF filter stack (4H + 1H + 15M).
   - LTF trap detection with RR-based entry module.
3. Order Block Logic:
   - OB Rank system (A+/B/C).
   - OB Conflict filter (skip trades in trap zones).
   - HTF candle strength validator (Daily + 4H + 1H).
   - OB disqualification visual markers.
4. Filters:
   - EQH/EQL Trap Blocker.
   - Session trap detection.
   - Impulse-Kill Blocker (IKB).
   - Candle DNA filter.
   - TP zone pressure detector.
   - Pre-liquidity sweep filter.
   - AI Trap detector.
5. Risk & Money Management:
   - Capital Protection Rule: 0.001 lot per $100 balance (fixed micro-lot model).
   - Dynamic Stoploss (SLX Smart-Defense):
     • Default SL = $7
     • Auto switch to OB High/Low SL with $10 cap if structure + wick trap confirmed.
   - SLX Add-on: Anti-Slippage Shield (ASS v1.0).
6. Timing:
   - Astro Time Filters + AI Time Expansion.
   - VOLMAX session override (entries allowed outside prime sessions only if all filters pass).
   - 3-Day Lockout Defense (skip trades if 3 consecutive losing days).
7. Multi-instrument:
   - EA must support BTC, NAS100, ETH and others.
   - Inputs for OB size, SL/TP, and volatility filters adjustable per instrument.
8. Deliverables:
   - MT5 EA file (.ex5).
   - Full source code (.mq5).
   - User manual with input explanation + sample settings.
   - Demo test report with at least 5 trades (screenshots or logs).
   - 14–30 days free bug-fix support after delivery.

Budget & Timeline:
- Delivery target: 20–30 calendar days with milestones.
