Expert Advisor to convert MT5 alerts into MT5 trades

I need an EA that takes MT5 Alert information and converts those alerts into trades. Assets can be Forex, Indices, Metals. EA to be installed on a separate chart of the MT5 instance.

These are the required settings:

- A trade filter that assists in filtering the desired asset and direction of the trade from the alert message. This can be a text string that precedes the actual asset.

e.g. assume the alert:  'Scalper Alert for EURGBP: SELL now'. In this case, we should be able to filter the asset after the text ' Scalper Alert for ' and the direction SELL after the text ' Scalper Alert for EURGBP: ' . We need an alternative filter for when the asset is given straight away, like 'EURGBP: SELL'.

- Lot size: fixed, or as a % per trade starting from 0.1% of the balance

- SL settings:

XX pips

or 

Most recent high or low of XX bars with a minimum of XX pips

- TP settings

YY pips

or

RR settings (1:1, 1:2, 1:3 etc)

I am open to improvement suggestions, but for now I am looking for a decent proof of principle. Something off the shelf and with proven functionability would be great.
