To Create a Custom Indicator with alert based on a candlestick formation. (In the future will be converted to EA)

Good day.
I would like to have an Indicator based on my specific candlestick formation.
Indicator will alert me, "Get ready" once the specific formation occurs.

I would like to have the codes for the indicator too as in the future I would create an EA for it.
The purpose of the indicator is for me to run backtest and see it's potential, seeing how to manage the trade and etc.

Without further ado, here are both criteria of BUY and SELL setup :

Both pictures shows 2 different yet similar things.

I want the indicator to BOX out :
Bull, Bear, Bear, Bear candle

And

Bear, Bull, Bull, Bull candle

The idea is the 2nd, 3rd and 4th candle must be simultaneous Bear, Bear, Bear or Bull, Bull Bull candle.
If there is a break, example Bear, Bull, Bear or Bull, Bear, Bull, do not treat that as the setup.

Only upon the 4th simultaneous candle, will I be alerted with the notification, "Get Ready". 

Obviously i do have a specific timeframe and pair for this strategy of mine.

PS: Be advised this indicator is the first step for me to create an EA.
In the near future, this indicator will be required to create an EA hence I do require the codes for the EA Creation.
