Modify my MT5 EA to comply with MQL5 EA Marketplace

Hello , i need modification of my existing EA . I need stop /start trading function based on time criteria . When trading is stoped by time criteria , must start work on the next day based on start trading time criteria . If in control panel is not insered start/stop data the function will not work . For example : Start/Stop trading /16.00/22.00 . The EA start exactly at 16:00 ,then cloasing positions at 22:00
