Coding indicator with alert options

Looking for an expert MT5 programmer to code and compile an indicator with the following conditions for alerts:

Buy Alert Conditions:

1. The candles are already above the 50 EMA;

2. A green candle closes after a red candle closes (while these candles are above the 50 EMA)

3. The indicator must wait for the green candle in point 2 above to close first before sending a buy alert – this is important!!

Sell Alert Conditions:

4. The candles are already below the 50 EMA;

5. A red candle closes after a green candle closes (while these candles are below the 50 EMA)

6. The indicator must wait for the red candle in point 5 above to close first before sending a sell alert – this is important!!

The indicator should have pop-up alert and include the option to change the EMA value (default EMA value is 50). The indicator should display the EMA on the chart. 

If possible, include mobile, email and/or telegram as notification options as well. 

NB: The developer should live test the indicator to ensure that the alert functions work well according to the instructions above.
