Modify MT4 Indicator + Build EA to Match TradingView Logic

I need an experienced MQL4 developer to:

1. Modify an existing MT4 indicator (Parabolic SAR on RSI) to exactly replicate the logic and signals of a TradingView version (Pine Script provided).

2. Add buy/sell arrows including normal and strong signals based on RSI-SAR trend reversals.

3. Build an EA (Expert Advisor) based on the indicator that includes:

   • Trade management logic:

     • Open 1 trade per signal.

     • On opposite signal:

       • Close 50% of the position.

       • Move stop loss to break-even on the remaining half (optional).

   • Risk Management:

     • Per-trade Stop Loss.

     • Global account-level stop (e.g. equity drawdown).

     • Daily profit target in USD:

       • If total equity (including open floating profits) reaches the target, close all trades and pause EA for the rest of the day.
