I need a simple EA that loads a template (the name needs to be specified by the user, for example, trader1.tpl ) into the current MT4 window at a time specified by the user hh:mm

So, if time is 14:00, and template name is trade1.tpl , then if the EA is active, everyday at 2pm broker time, it should load trade1 template into the current window (the same window where the EA is loaded). 

Very simple job. 

I need this in the next hour, and the cost is $30...
