Hello developers,

I am seeking assistance in creating a trading EA that can implement a Martingale strategy on the GER40 index. This EA should utilize a breakout strategy that measures the high and low within a specified time interval, and then trades if the price breaks out of this range.

New trades should only be initiated if the current trade has been completed before the next time interval begins. Additionally, no trades should be activated if a trade is not triggered by 10 PM on the same day.

I would like the bot to have adjustable risk/reward parameters and settings to determine the number of consecutive losses that can be tolerated. It should also allow for the option of a fixed stake or a percentage of the balance for trading.
