Searching good dev who can help us to Develop an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4 that automatically opens BUY and SELL orders when the market price reaches levels defined in an external CSV file, each with a specific Take Profit (TP). The system must be responsive, simple, and usable in a live trading environment.
