Fix My MTF RSI EA

I am just starting to play with AI to develop custom indicators for me and I am really loving it because I have never coded before. I tried to use AI to code a multiple time frame RSI but the reversals is where the problem is. I never thought I would pay for coding anymore lol.

Anyway here is the issue, when I click the  button, the RSI opens buy (or buys depending on how many times I clicked it) only if the m5,m15 and m30 rsi are all overbought assuming spreads is ok, the problem is that the RSI is unable to open the reversal trades when they exit the OB zone. So according to what I told the AI or how is suppose to work, is that, when the m5,m15 and m30 rsi are all below the OB zone, EA will close any longs that are still opened and open just one short position which is the first long that was opened assuming SL or TP was not hit. If all the RSI exits the OB zone on the same candle, the EA will still have to wait for the current 5 mins candle to close before closing all the longs and opening one short. EA does not have to wait for the M15 and M30 to close before executing the closure of any longs and opening a short. The M5 RSI can go in and out of the OB zone, but as long as either the M15 and or M30 are still in the OB zone, longs/buys are still held. The same thing goes for the price action happening in the OS zone and so on. 

YOUR JOB: all you need to do is clean and fix the code so EA can perform like I just explained then deliver the final product to me. If you know how to code, this will not take you between 30 to 60mins but make sure you vigorously test it. The price is this low because 90% of the job is already done, so if want some quick cash, better jump on this. I will only give the code to who I picked for the job.
