Support and Resistance Signals MTF [LuxAlgo] converted from pinescript to MQl5 language

There is a TradingView indicator written in Pine Script that is not available on MQL5 due to language differences. I am looking for someone who can convert this script to MQL5 while ensuring that I have full access to the code.

The converted MT5 indicator must match the TradingView version exactly, including:

• Identical levels and structure

• Accurate performance across multiple timeframes

• Exact replication of all settings
