Combinate ipanel_trend (indicator) with an indicator with alert function

Hello,

 I want to intergrate the ipanel_trend indicator with an other  indicator. The  ipanel_trend indicator givew a result how strong the down- or uptrend is, with a percentage. http://gyazo.com/f2aec3273e7b437c1d71ecdb56558268. My other alert gives up and down signals . I want intergrate the ipanel_trend in the other indicator If the trend of ipanel have a uptrend that higher is then 70% it only give a call signal. I want to set the percentage by myself. If there is a downtrend  that is higher then 70% it only gives a put signals. In this example i only want that it triggers the put signals (red arrows) http://gyazo.com/9f8770127efb7304fad6ba29617f3306, because the down trend is higher then 70. So i want to set the uptrend or downtrend percentage bymyself when it gives only call or put.
