An EA which which opens positions on a 1 min timeframe following the 15 mins timeframe current signal

If a buy signal is triggered on the 15 Mins timeframe, then only consider trading buy positions triggered on the 1 min timeframe and closing upon the opposite signal of the  1 Min timeframe     while     If a SELL signal is triggered on the 15 Mins timeframe, then only consider opening and closing sell signals on the 1 Min timeframe.    And close the current position when the opposite signal is triggered  on the 15 minutes timeframe because that means that the trend will have changed
