Update for EA - Personal job

This job is for a selected developer. MDICT  If you are not this developer, please ignore this job post. The Create order page is preventing the creation of personal jobs for some reason at this time. 

1. During a trade run, when the price line moves up to TP1, and the scale trade levels move up, the original entry disappears. Instead, for each new TP that disappears, that label remains on the chart (displayed in gold) to just the right or left of the original so the user can see where the original trades were.

2. Whenever the price line moves above/below the next TP level, the calculator is not totaling the cumulative profit/loss. It is only displaying the last trade profit/loss. We need the cumulative to display on the TP side same as on the scale side.

3. Eliminate the “last” row. It isn’t necessary.

4. The cumulative window for the Assist side needs to be on the bottom.

5. The equity and balance rows need to display their totals in the middle column, just like the margin row.

6. We need a label in the totals row for the cumulative between the sell and buy columns.

7. Move the UI closer to the columns.
