Create 2 Custom Indicators MUST be in Tradingview then send it to MT5 EA to execute trades

Looking for an experienced programmer who is knowledgeable in trading.I need the build an indicator that would draw lines, turns and boxes in the 1H/4h/1D timeframe graphs based on predefined criteria that will have to be input in the indicator, then places trades that integrates with MT5 based on the set of rules. I Also need it to open and manage positions and auto-calculate lot size based on account balance.this can lead to a lot of work in the future, but first show me what you can do. I am looking for someone very knowledgeable (5 years experience minimum and 100 completed jobs), efficient who speaks very good english, and can accomplish the project on time.
