EA Freezer

I need a script for freeze the EA.

Input parameters:

Account Profit = 1% This will be calculated to AccountEquity.

 close all orders including pending orders after reach the above profit% from the time of enable of script to chart.

Freeze the EA =  True or False. If this will true freeze the EA and do not allow the EA to open orders  else  do not freeze the EA and allow the EA to open orders .
