Grid strategy is placing trades on live at the wrong place as compared to demo. Only two thing to fix. 


1. Make sure algo places trades at the right pip spread. 

2. Make sure the algo doesn't place trades in the wrong order. Explained below;

The algo should never place buys when the market is going up, only down. At the moment, it just keeps placing buys whenever it feels like it, as long as its below the original trade. This is wrong.
